Policy and Fees
As one of my clients you will receive professional and accountable support. I am guided by the ethics and standards of practice set out by the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Services workers, with whom I am registered and in good standing with. I will adhere to the privacy standards outlined in the Personal Health Information Protection Act (2004). Your information will be kept confidential as required by these standards. Confidentiality may be broken however as required by law, where/when there is an actual or suspected risk to a child, clear or imminent danger to self or others, or a subpoena of medical records by court order.
FEES & CANCELLATION POLICY
My session fee is $150 per 50 minute session. Session fees may be partially or fully covered by private insurance or work benefits. Please confirm this with your insurance provider before your session. Payment is due at each session, and I accept payment by cash, e-transfer, or PayPal transfer. I do not accept credit or debit cards.
I require at least 48 hours notice for appointment cancellation or you will be charged in full for the missed session.
