Meeting OnlineOnline therapy is ideal for those with busy lives, who travel for work, have mobility issues, or who simply prefer the comfort of therapy in their own living room. I have been delivering therapy online for several years, so you can be assured I have the skills to make the experience feel warm and personable.

Meeting in-PersonIn-person therapy is ideal for many who prefer face-to-face contact. It may be especially ideal or essential those who find their home distracting, triggering, or lack sufficient privacy. Unfortunately in-person services are presently on hold as I source a new space to hold sessions. I plan to rent an office in the downtown Toronto area. |
