Psychotherapy aka counselling is a dynamic process where you can safely explore your inner self and outer experiences. It is a highly effective process that has helped countless people work through a number of difficult issues they may have been overwhelmed by or too unsure about how to address on their own. Therapists are not advice givers or fixers - they're guides who will help people along to find their own inner strength or wisdom to face their fears, grow, and strengthen relationships. Including the most important one - the one with yourself.
Online therapy is ideal for those with busy lives, who travel for work, have mobility issues, or who simply prefer the comfort of therapy in their own living room. I have been delivering therapy online for several years, so you can be assured I have the skills to make the experience feel warm and personable.

In-person therapy is ideal for many who prefer face-to-face contact. It may be especially ideal or essential those who find their home distracting, triggering, or lack sufficient privacy.
Unfortunately in-person services are presently on hold as I source a new space to hold sessions. I plan to rent an office in the downtown Toronto area.
